Credits are used to generate songs and access specific features. Each generation consumes 3 credits and creates two songs. For paid plans, annual subscribers receive all yearly credits upfront, while monthly subscribers receive credits every month. Free users can earn credits through daily check-ins, which refresh every 24 hours. Unused credits for paid subscriptions roll over to the next cycle, ensuring you do not lose any.

Running Jobs represent the number of simultaneous music generation tasks you can perform. For example, 1 running job means you can generate one set of songs, which is 2 songs, at a time, waiting for completion before starting the next set. Higher-tier plans offer more concurrent generations, allowing you to create multiple songs simultaneously.

The commercial license grants you comprehensive rights to your works, including copying, distribution, creating derivative works, uploading to various music platforms such as YouTube or Spotify, and using your generated music for any commercial purpose.

Yes. As long as you are an active subscriber, all works in your account, including those generated during the free period or after subscribing, automatically gain commercial license rights. This means you have complete freedom to use all your creations without copyright concerns.

Yes. All songs generated during your active paid subscription period retain their commercial rights indefinitely, even if you cancel your subscription. This ensures your creative work remains yours to use without restriction.

Song storage duration varies by user type. Songs generated by free users are automatically deleted after 3 days. Songs generated by subscribers are stored permanently, with no deletion concerns.

We pledge not to make any of your generated work information public. All works you create on SongCre.ai remain private by default and are visible only to you. You may choose to share your works on other platforms, but SongCre.ai will not actively publish or share any of your works.

If you wish to change your subscription plan, you can directly select and purchase a new plan on the purchase page. After a successful purchase, please contact our management team by email to inform us of the change, or you can cancel your previous subscription yourself. We will assist you with the transition between the old and new plans.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by going to the My Subscription page in your account settings. Your credits and plan benefits remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, all songs you generated during your paid subscription still retain their commercial rights.

Yes. We offer one-time credit pack purchases exclusively for active subscribers. This allows you to top up your credits whenever needed without changing your subscription plan. Credits purchased this way never expire. You can find the purchase link on your My Subscription page.

Yes. You can resubscribe to any plan at any time. Your new subscription replaces the previous one, and any remaining credits, if applicable, are merged into your new subscription. If you only need a small number of credits for immediate use, you can also consider purchasing a one-time credit pack.
