Non-Subscribing Users: If you are using a free version of the Service, you still own your User Content. However, you grant Songcre.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with promoting and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and must ensure it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

3. Acceptable Use
